Charles joined the Parish Council in 2006. He is a retired engineer and is involved in most aspects of maintaining the village infrastructure and Snells Hall. With his wife Anne, Charles looks after production of the East Hendred Bulletin and the weekly ‘What’s On in the Hendreds’ email message.
