East Hendred Parish Council – Annual Parish Meeting

Annual Parish Meeting – come and join us!

East Hendred Parish Council is striving to increase its engagement with the Parish community and understand the priorities and the projects which you would like us to focus on.
To this end, we are holding the Annual Parish Meeting and wish to invite you to both attend and participate. Join us on Thursday 20th April, in Snells Hall, East Hendred, at 7pm for a 7.30pm start. Teas, coffees, wine and light refreshments will be provided.
The meeting will follow a similar format to last year – an approach which worked successfully and which strongly influenced PC priorities for the past year:

• Parish Council Round-Up of 2022-23 – A short update on achievements, developments and changes across our Parish
• Harwell Development Plan – A brief overview of Harwell Campus developments and environmental remediation measures
• Your vision for East Hendred?
• How can the PC help realise this vision?

You are welcome to turn up to the Annual Parish Meeting on the evening, but if you can, please let us know (email easthendred.clerk@gmail.com) if you are intending to attend, so that we have enough sausage rolls! We do hope that you can attend the meeting, as this represents a great opportunity to enhance engagement within our community and develop an exciting vision for our Parish.
